How do I miss thee?

Circa 1993 I moved to Virginia and, in all my teenage angst, wrote "I hate Richmond" all over our spankin' new phone book. I thought for sure I was surrounded by ign'ant crackas who didn't know anything outside their little world. I had just moved from New Mexico and was received with questions like, "Do you have electricity there? Do you know what MacDonald's is?" So, yes, there are some ig'nant crackas living in RVA, but I grew to love the city for all its contrasts and eccentricity. My life wife Shelley (we lived on Monument Ave together!) showed me this video and it really made me miss this little corner of central Virginia. My only concern is the exclusion of Ukrop's. No shout-out for the rainbow cookies and breakfast pizza? Blasphemy.
